Assembly employee

As an assembly worker, you will build high-quality modules and systems for the defence and high-tech industries, among others. Using technical drawings and work instructions, you will ensure that every component is assembled accurately. 
Your duties will include:

  • Assembling mechanical and electronic components 
  • Building modules and systems 
  • Using hand tools and power tools 
  • Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions 
  • Checking the quality of the finished product 
  • Identifying deviations and suggesting improvements 
  • Working with colleagues from production, logistics and quality 

Componentassembly Carrying out precise assembly work according to technical instructions
Work with prepared assembly kits and specialized tools
 
System assembly Assembling complete defense-related modules and equipment
Working in modern and well-organized production workplaces
Collaborate with logistics and quality teams to ensure a smooth production process
 
Testing & Quality Control Inspecting finished assemblies for quality and functionality (if applicable)
Identify and report anomalies according to applicable procedures
Further develop technical skills and progress to more advanced production or testing roles

Job Requirements
  • Full-time availability 
  • Fluent in English to understand work and safety instructions 
  • An accurate way of working and an eye for quality 
  • An interest in engineering, assembly or production 
  • Confidence using tools or the motivation to learn 
  • The ability to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). Adecco will reimburse the costs 
Experience in assembly, production, mechanical fitting, automotive or engineering is an advantage, but not required. This role is also suitable for candidates looking for work as a mechanical assembler or technical production worker in Amersfoort.

Working hours: 7:00-15:45
Working days: Monday to Friday
