Warehouse Employee

In addition to classic logistics services such as warehousing, picking, transportation management, and comprehensive value-added services, they develop and manage complex global supply chains, e-commerce, and IT platforms. They use the latest IT solutions and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Packing and re-packing of articles
  • Placing in boxes and placing the boxes on pallets
  • Collecting and assembling the products
  • Orderpicking
  • Unloading trucks
 

Requirements

  • Communicative knowledge of English (communication in the company is done in English)
  • Responsibility, flexibility and precision in the execution of tasks
  • Every employee should be able to show a certificate of good conduct (This certificate is processed in the Netherlands)
  • Willingness to collaborate permanently or at least for more than 3 months (less than 3 months can be discussed)
  • Driving license
 

Base Salary

Based on previous experience working in a warehouse (Between 13,27 € and 13,76 € gross/h. rate excl.holiday pay and with the possibility of being increased in certain working hours

  • From 19.00 to 00.00 +35% 
  • From 00.00 to 06.00 +45% 
  • From 06:00 to 07:00 +35% 
  • Saturday +50% 
  • Sunday +100% 

Holiday pay is reserved and amounts to + 8.33% of gross income

Working hours

Depending on the department is from Monday to Friday or From Monday to Sunday in 1, 2 or 3 shifts

During each shift, the employee is entitled to 3 breaks. These are not remunerated

  • 2 coffee breaks of 15 minutes
  • 1 lunch break of 30 minutes
 
Accommodation

Residential locations are usually located in Heijen or Grubbenvorst

You travel to work by bicycle (in the case of living 10 km from the workplace) or by company car (in the case of living more than 10 km from the workplace)

Drivers receive an additional €2.50 per day, if they drive a company car (max. €12.50/week)

Fixed cost

  • € 119,40 per week, accommodation costs
  • € 35,45 per week, health insurance

Each employee receives protective footwear, the use of which is mandatory. When additional work clothes are required, for example, aprons, gloves, etc., are provided by the company
