International Sourcing B.V. has been active since 2021, specializing in sourcing EU-national flex workers for a wide range of positions in the Netherlands and Belgium. We started by supplying candidates to the industrial and logistics sectors, and over the years we have expanded our focus to include hospitality and technical professions as well.
What truly sets us apart is our commitment to the well-being of our flex workers. We believe that people perform at their best when they feel comfortable, both in their workplace and in their living environment. That’s why we choose to work only with clients who provide safe, compliant, and supportive conditions, and who fully adhere to Dutch and Belgian laws and regulations.
