Cleanroom
The cleanroom is a controlled production environment where medical packaging is manufactured. Hygiene and quality are the standard here — every product must meet strict medical requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality control: inspecting products on the line for defects or damage.
  • Packing products according to packaging instructions on the line.
  • Preparing orders for shipment by sealing and labeling boxes.
  • Following hygiene protocols: wearing a hairnet and protective clothing.
  • Cleaning tasks on and inside the machines.

IMPORTANT NOTES
The cleanroom has specific requirements: no makeup, no false eyelashes, no long acrylic nails, and piercings must be covered. All work is performed standing throughout the entire shift.

Sheets & Blister
In the Sheets & Blister department, medical plastic trays and blister packaging are produced. The work requires fine motor skills and concentration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Trimming: manually removing excess plastic from medical trays using a knife.
  • Packing products according to packaging instructions on the line.
  • Visual inspection of products after trimming and packing.
  • Cleaning tasks on and around the machines.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Trimming is repetitive precision work, The same action is repeated throughout the entire shift. All work is performed standing throughout the entire shift.

Job Requirements

Language
  • Dutch or English — both spoken and reading comprehension
  • Must be able to understand safety instructions and protocols
Work Experience
  • Demonstrable stable work history — no long gaps and no frequent job changes
  • Reference check is a standard part of the recruitment process

Employment Conditions
Physical Requirements
  • Able to work standing for the entire shift — there is no seated work
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks (same movements for extended periods)
  • No physical limitations that would hinder the work
Work Attitude
  • Willing to work across different departments
  • Willing to perform cleaning tasks, including on and inside machines
  • Being all-round deployable increases the chance of a direct contract at Nelipak
Appearance (cleanroom requirements)
  • No makeup during work — or willing to remove it
  • Piercings must be covered
  • No false eyelashes
  • No long acrylic nails — short natural nails are allowed
